Peak Performance Boot Camp is a 6 week co-ed fitness program designed to transform you physically, mentally and emotionally. Lose weight, firm up and get fit with this six-week military-style cardiovascular, endurance, strength and fitness program. Peak conditioning is designed to encourage personal improvement and goal achievement in a supportive and encouraging group setting.
Class is taught by a former US Army Paratrooper & Noncommissioned Officer.

Beginning Monday, January 4th we will begin offering Zumba and BodyPump classes.
Zumba is a fusiion of International music, beats and rhythm. Dance themes create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principals of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
And BodyPump is the original barbell class that stregthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for!
