Zumba and BodyPump are Here!
Beginning Monday, January 4th we will begin offering Zumba and BodyPump classes.
Zumba is a fusiion of International music, beats and rhythm. Dance themes create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principals of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
And BodyPump is the original barbell class that stregthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for!
Zumba will be held on Monday and Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Tuesday, Thursdays and Saturdays at 10:00am. BodyPump classes will be held on Monday and Wednesdat at 6:05am and Tueaday and Thursdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 10:00am.
